RyboDyn has joined the NVIDIA Inception program, supporting the continued expansion of the AI systems powering CypherAtlas™—our continuously growing map of the dark transcriptome and dark proteome.

At RyboDyn, we are building an integrated platform that combines a novel RNA sequencing approach with AI-driven analysis to uncover previously invisible layers of human biology. By interpreting never-before-seen data, CypherAtlas™ enables the systematic identification of disease-specific, druggable targets across cell-surface, transmembrane, and intracellular biology—areas largely inaccessible to conventional genomics and proteomics.
